MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)

This Investment MOU is executed between the Investor and Echaris Investment & Marketplace Financing Platform.

1. Investment Terms & Minimum Threshold

The investor agrees to commit capital equal to or exceeding the minimum specified amount of ₦50,000. Capital will be locked for the chosen duration (3, 6, or 12 Months).

2. ROI Yield & Monthly Accrual

ROI is fixed at 10% monthly (or as configured by platform administrators). Returns are automatically credited to the investor's designated wallet at the conclusion of each 30-day cycle.

3. Marketplace Product Financing Rules

If capital is allocated for Marketplace Financing, products are eligible for dispatch/release strictly upon reaching the mandatory 50% ROI milestone. Capital returns in full upon total product return completion.

4. KYC & Compliance

While investments may be placed prior to identity approval, withdrawal disbursements require completed KYC verification.
